We advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the departure of your shuttle.
Before boarding, your ticket and identity (if youth price…) will be checked.

SNOW : In the winter period we recommend you to anticipate your travel time. The route and itinerary can be adapted according to the weather conditions.

Services adapted for groups. Take advantage of the shuttle comfort and services for your trips, with family, friends or colleagues.

Groups of 10 to 20 people travelling together outbound and return:

  • Booking obligatory at least 3 days before your departure
  • Interesting prices (1 free ticket for the group leader)

  • Over 20 people: a private coach can be offered. Quotation available on demand

Services Enfants MOBILITY FOR CHILDREN

Very young children
You travel with a child less than 4 years old ?
He can sit on your knees for free. But we advise you to book a separate seat for more comfort, by purchasing a child ticket.

Unaccompanied minors
With FAURE Vercors, your child can travel alone, safely. In addition to a ticket, they must have : an authorisation (click here to download parental release click here ), which must be given to the driver, completed and sign, when boarding.

Children under 4 years old may not travel alone.

MOBILITY FOR PETS

Small animals
Free for small pet if it travel on passager's knees. Beyond 6.50 €/dogs on leash and muzzled. Maximum permissible weight 30kg/animals.

LUGGAGES

Services anticiper voyage Navette Aéroport FREE LUGGAGES : Each passenger has the right to two (2) suitcases, in addition to a hand luggage, which must be stored in the luggage holder inside the coach. Identify clearly all your luggage and keep medicines, valuables or fragile objects with you.

EXCESS luggage will entail a supplement of 6.50 € euros per additional bag.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

You can cancel your ticket online more than 2 hours of departure booked by logging into your account. 4€ charges apply.
If ticket bought at the counter, make a request to reclamation@faurevercors.fr. 8€ charges apply.

It is not possible to cancel less than 2 hours of departure.

Cancellation generates a credit note valid six months .

Before departure time of your shuttle, you can change your ticket for free : you have to log in to your account on our website.

After departure time, if the shuttle you reserved is gone, you can change the departure time on the same day only : 4 € charges apply.
Beyond , you can not change your ticket and it will no longer be usable.
